Villanova Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Awarded to HVTDC Business Development Engineer

Fishkill, New York, September 13, 2006 – David Tooker, Business Development Engineer with HVTDC, the Hudson Valley Technology Development Center in Fishkill, New York, has been awarded one of the most sought-after credentials in today’s business arena, Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University. This nationally recognized achievement provides Mr. Tooker and HVTDC with additional tools and techniques to assist business leaders on how to enhance performance. Companies have been known to save billions of dollars utilizing Six Sigma to improve productivity, reduce waste, increase profits, and improve customer service.
