HVTDC and OST Consulting Offer Strategic Planning Seminar
HVTDC and OST Consulting of Hartsdale have joined forces once again in an effort to provide businesses with high quality and affordable strategic planning assistance.
As part of their effort to assist local businesses, a seminar entitled “Strategic Planning – A Recipe for Success” is scheduled for Wednesday, May 19 th , to be held at HVTDC's main office located in Fishkill. This seminar is designed to present an overview of strategic planning and to present a methodology for carrying it out. It will cover key issues including market analysis, core values and competencies, competence-driven vs. market-driven strategies, business model assessment and strategy implementation. It is intended to arm business people with the ability to develop and implement a successful strategic planning process in their own organization.
