In-depth assessment covering all aspects/operations of the business. Acts as an overview of all company’s operations, with strengths/weaknesses for each functional area.
Project Management
Establish clear lines of responsibility and ownership that supports business initiatives. Upon request, HVTDC can assign one of its own employees to act as a project manager to assist in direction and running of specific project.
