This is another way of saying market analysis, which is an assessment of a company’s strengths and weaknesses by functional area: Areas reviewed, but are not necessarily limited to: Marketing, Engineering, Management and Organization, Finance, Human Resources (management-workforce relations, employee involvement), & Operations (information systems procedures).
Sales Management and Training
The client will have a consistent approach to manage its sales efforts, which should result in growing sales, penetrating new markets, finding new customers, and most important, identify good vs. poor performing rep groups, so to improve those poor performers, or replace them with new groups, if appropriate.
Customer Acquisition and Retention
Examples of this service are to introduce the products and services of a company by targeting certain types of clients and/or businesses, so they can expand their present customer base and create new avenues for sales growth with their present customer base.
